Good luck with the sales of your preamps. Unfortunately, FX-1's here in the Alembic Club go for around $750 to $795. I bought one here last April for $750 in pristine condition.
Yes, prices do seem to be lower these days. Guitar Center has a used red knob one for sale at 1K US with no takers. Good luck with the sale though!
