Here's the info: serial: 92K7055 name: Essence model: KLB4 top: Walnut accent: Maple pinstripe body: Mahogany shape: Essence neck: 3-piece Maple scale: 34" long fingerboard: Ebony inlays: none peghead: Cone pickups: Alembic MXY electronics: "Essence" volume, pan, filter, mono output finish: clear gloss backplates: plastic hardware: polished brass originally made for: WILS, the Netherlands birthday: February 19, 1992 Asking $2K + actual shipping costs. Comes with non-Alembic HSC that sort of fits, but does protect. Only issue is one of the "A's" on one of the tuners is missing. Bill, tgo

I would like to thank my friend Bill for introducing a new member to my family . This beautiful Essence is currently enjoying a new home. I have already named her ; AURORA BOREALIS ( northern lights). She will be played often as her neck ,weight and ergonomic design are very pleasing to me. :)

Thanks Harry! I am thinking about letting the "Mother Ship" add a brass block under the bridge and some other ideas .

The bridge block is a good idea.

Thanks . Slawie . SO far , I think I will get that bridge block and that new pan pot circuit so that I can attenuate the gain separately on the two pickups. I think that I will enjoy boosting the gain up on the bridge pickup . I will be opened to the suggestions offered to me by Alembic of course . I really like the feeling of the neck on this bass .
