I have  a very nice 92 Elan 6. It is a satin finish. Action is low and plays really good.  I have a few pictures I can send on a direct email.   I could not get them on this posting for some reason.  Price is 2700.00

What are the controls on that bass. I think standard Elan is Vol, Pan, Filter & Q-switch.
 
I've often wondered why 6 string Elans & Europa's don't have the bird tailpiece. Is there a reason why 6 string basses don't have the standard Europa or Elan headstock with 4 + 2 or 3 + 3 arrangement?  
 
Anyway lovely bass.... Elan bass........ Yeah A lovely Elan Bassssss
Too many strings for me.
