I just picked up a used Essence that I've been lusting over for a good 3 weeks at BassNW. I finally went in and played it this afternoon and it followed me home like a lost little puppy! Maple top and body. Maple w/walnut stripes for the neck. 110% rock tone. It's a fabulous instrument.

I own 92K6999,bought it in 93 great bass,sometimes I prefer it to my S2
