Hiya folks, you may or may not have seen on facebook that I've recently added a Dragon Wing to the bass collection.
From what I know, there are very few out there. Does anybody know a rough number.
Here's mine - it's lovely. It's never been gigged, which I shall change asap. It's pretty much factory new.
The dream and collection has finally been completed...maybe!
Thanks for reading, if you did!
p.s. here's a video of it. https://youtu.be/l3W4_fGfjR4 (https://youtu.be/l3W4_fGfjR4)

Man, that's Awesome, congrats, very cool! :)
When we saw it for sale in the neighborhood, I wondered if it would catch your eye. Nice addition to your collection, George! Congratulations & Compliments!
George,
you are nailing it to the point.
The Dragons are gorgeous and imho
much more comfortable to play than the
Arachnids.
Cheers
Oliver (Spyderman)
The video has a nice vibe to it.
As always your collection is gorgeous.
Congrats, beautiful bass!!!
Hi everybody,
it's be a while since I've posted in this thread but for those curious, I've whacked up a RUSH cover onto youtube! If you've got any feedback, I'll happily read it.
Cheers folks!
George
I like Rush and I like you covering Rush.
You had me at turning the LED's on with the downbeat! ;D
Rush with an Alembic bent - can we turn Geddy please?!!
Man, that sounds really good, nice playing 😊
Well Done! 8)
Commented on youtube. Great job.
Thanks so much for your comments folks!
Hopefully it's still viewable, YT appears to have blocked it in some parts of the world. I really appreciate your feedback though, have a great week!
Watchable and very much enjoyable in Holland! :D
Nice! I only got to see a little at work, and now it's blocked. :( I never thought to do a Rush cover on an Alembic. I've got a few up on YT, but they're all on a Ric. Might have to have a go at it. I don't have any gigs booked for a while.
Apart from John Entwhistle and the who, Rush was, i think, the first heavy rock band that i'd heard where the bass was the most interesting part of the music. I bought the moving pictures album after being introduced to it by a guy i worked with, and the bass lines are great. Never tried playing any but have rehearsed those bass lines in my head.
