Title: Recommendation for a guitar stand that fits an Alembic 5er

I'm a proud new owner of an Alembic and bought what I thought was an appropriate stand for my new boo but the neck won't fit in it - GS 1000 pro from guitar center.

I appreciate all ideas

It fits even my 6 string - though you need to be a little careful to avoid dings.

I still like and use the Hamiltons.  They're like an old school version of the Herc.

+1 For Hercules.  I have 2 Hercules single and 1 Hercules triple stand. The weight of the guitar locks it in place. Great stands!

I also have two singles and a triple.


NOTE: you will want the version with the padded front support legs as shown in the photo attached to the post by FC Bass.

I purchased one of these about a year and a half ago and it still behaves nicely.

Have used this for quite some time now - very happy with it.
I hang my 36" scale Series II 5 string from it with no problems or concerns.

I use the Ultimate GS100 for my Rogue 6ers, very stable and folds up nice and small.

I did have the adjustment handle break on one of my Herc's the other day.
Still, I'll replace it with another Herc.
