I'm a proud new owner of an Alembic and bought what I thought was an appropriate stand for my new boo but the neck won't fit in it - GS 1000 pro from guitar center.

+1 For Hercules.  I have 2 Hercules single and 1 Hercules triple stand. The weight of the guitar locks it in place. Great stands!
