My Yamaha TRB6 is no good for my back. With 5.3 kg:s it is the heaviest bass I?ve got, and I think it needs to be replaced. Any Essence 6 owners around that can tell me its weight?

Hi Leif, welcome to the board!

It will depend on the woods, but my Essence (http://club.alembicguitars.net/index.php?topic=8859) weighs around 11 pounds (5kgs).
