Hi ther,

Can anyone tell me what the two trim pots inside the cavity do on my 1990's elan 6er? I am guessing they are output vol and maybe q-range or something?

Hi Chris,

Not a bad guess! The two trimpots should adjust the output of each of the two pickups, respectively. As far as I know, there are no internal adjustments for the q.

Ah ok thanks mate. I noticed I called it the 'elam' bass too, which was another silly mistake!
