Title: Alembic T-Shirts on ebay

I've bought one from cafe press in the past, with the full color logo.I've heard that's a legit thing.
 
I was wondering about these on ebay,are they licensed to use the Alembic script for profit?

And it looks like the seller may have been notified as to the lack of license.

No, that's who Wolf was referring to.
They still have T-shirts for sale with other companies names (Fender,Mesa,etc...probably none with permission).
