Had an unexpected but nice Alembic sighting at the Mt. Angel Oktoberfest (Oregon) on Sunday! The bassist, Andi, was playing a 5 string Spoiler for the band Original Donau Musikanten. I didn't get a picture of him playing bass, but I did get a picture with him and chatted for a bit. I made sure to tell him I also play an Alembic Spoiler!  
 
The band was very entertaining and it was great to see/hear an Alembic adding to the festive atmosphere. The German beer helped a bit, too.

Thanks for that photo, Dave--suddenly I realize the vital ingredient I've omitted from my stage wardrobe--LEDERHOSEN! Ja ja!
