Would/has alembic done this for a bass?

I know they've installed a bunch on guitars so I bet there might be a couple basses out there with them...and it seems like a reasonable request for a custom.

Alembic did that for Stanley back in the 70's, that is from Mica herself as I asked her about that when I visited the mothership in 2000.
You can hear him use it on the title track of that album pictured.

Hi, This Distillate bass has Kahler whammy with Piccolo strings. Japanese professional bassist "Y. Naruse" often played at Live in 1980's.

I think that would be the only way an alembic could get better, thanks for the pics, I am definetly going to have to get one whenever I get a custom, or buy an alembic
