This (http://alembicguitars.net/info/fcvault.html) is very cool. I think it's a great improvement over the text only index. And you can easily start clicking through and finding all kinds of wonderful stuff that you hadn't seen in a while. Mica just finished it up a little while ago; and I've been revisiting so old favorites.
Good idea and nice page. One question: How is the selection for the COM? what is put forward? the instrument? the relationship between the buyer and Mica, the selection of wood, the result? I would be curious about everything.
Awsome to see such super customs!
Very cool !
Super very cool!
I din't know that Paul had the Riff King (Feb. 2002) - awesome instrument for an awesome guy.
What would be good is the ability to scroll through the pages using a next and previous link once you have selected one cotm without having to back out to the main page each time you want to see an item.
I wonder who has the most COTM's

Love that. I like to see my plum pudding with all those great instruments!
A much needed upgrade to that area. Very nice indeed.
Great job Mica!
Thank you. I'm working to improve all sorts of stuff on the website, but this page was really screaming at me.
I may try to add something like you suggest, Vince. I like indexes, and I have to remember not everyone browses in the same fashion that I do.
I think that technically Will Gun has the most Featured Custom instrument with 3, since one of the months there were 2 of his basses in the article. But the most Featured Custom articles that any one person has is 2, and there's a pretty good list of those folks.
Thanks Mica.

I love this.
Still proud to have had a bass in COM (October 2001)
