I've seen at least two references in the Alembic discussion groups regarding a user manual for the SF-2. Did one published by Alembic ever actually exist? If so PLEASE tell me where one could be obtained!!

Yes there is a manual, one came with the one I bought.
 
I'm sure I've seen a pdf for it, will have a look round for you but in the meantime Jacko's link should give you a head start.

I'm in the same situation as Bob was - I've been lucky enough to find a 2nd hand SF-2 and am enjoying playing around with it but I'd really appreciate a PDF of the manual if you have one you could send me.

Just wanted to say very many thanks, again, to Brent for seeing this and sending me a PDF of the SF-2 Manual. If anyone else needs a copy then just let me know and I can send them one (it really helps to start unlock the wonders of the SF-2!).
