With 16 I started dreaming of an Alembic, because of Stanley Clarke, what else ;-)
 
Nearly 30 years later - without playing bass at all - I bought her on ebay and promised the previous owner, to take very good care of her and not to sell her.
 
That's very OK for me, I think I'll get six feet under with her :-)
