Edwin:

Sure is purdy!  I especially love the circular pattern in the coco enclosing the controls.  This one will certainly give your Starfire a run for the money.  Welcome back to AlembicOwnerLand.

Niiiiice... welcome to the neck pickup close to the neck club

jseitang

totally close to the neck, nice indeed.

cozmik_cowboy

Lovely.  Round knob on the selector, or a custom configuration?

It's a custom configuration. There is a blend knob, so mo pickup selector switch. The extra knob is a dimmer for the front LEDs and the little switch is a mute switch. I'm not a very ostentatious person, so I doubt the front LEDs will get used much, but they were part of the package.

goll darn it, that is one drop dead beautiful top!

The 'eye' on the body really draws your focus and then you see the controls masterfully placed around the bookmatched side's eye, so very nice - it is worthy of an art museum display.

I call it The Great Red Spot Bass and it's of course MUCH more beautiful in person.
