Does anyone know if there is a direct method to speak to someone who can help me with some of the great suggestions above ? For instance I would like to send in my pre amp board and buy the official power supply and adjustable nut (mine bass does not have the original nut) I have mailed the service address and heard nothing and also left a voice mail yesterday, Perhaps the office is closed for the holidays ?
