I just traded for this lovely Essence 5 Fretless.   I am trying to read the serial number off a photo, so I may have a digit wrong.   This one is Flamed Maple on Maple.   Please check your instrument files and provide me with a profile of the bass, woods, electronics, controls, original price etc, etc.   I'd appreciate it, Thx Agn,   Videroo

Damn, I must have a digit wrong in the serial number, my bass is Flame Maple on Maple, no mahogany ?    I'll look at it again when I get home this afternoon and get the correct number, its either the 8 or the 9 that I've likely got wrong.   I doubt it was originally fretted too but, there's really no way to tell if Alembic did the work.  But thanks for the effort.   Videroo
