Nice looking Epic! This was a special edition we made for Guitar Center's anniversary. There were 60 basses made with these same specifications.

top: Flame Maple
accent: Purpleheart and Maple double pinstripe*
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple with 3 Walnut pinstripes
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Pearloid (plastic) ovals*
truss rod cover: brass, engraved "Special Edition 34 of 60"*
backplates: brass*
pickups: MXY4
controls: "Epic" volume, pan, bass, treble, mono output
originally made for: Guitar Center
birthday: July 31, 1998

The items marked with an * were the items that were special in this special edition. At the time, custom ordered Epics were not available.
The bass was once registered in Canada.
