I'm looking at buying this Series 2.  
 
I've spoken to the seller about it and have seen some photos, but would love to know anything else you could tell me from the build-sheet.
 
The seller's had it for the past 15yrs, and has all the paperwork, except the build-sheet, unfortunately.
 
Really appreciate anything you can find in the records for me on this.

Hi James,
I found this post from 2008 when Mica was last asked about the bass.  Maybe on this pass the information card will be found.  I know that you are interested in purchasing the bass and recommend that you not wait for the look-up since these requests can take more time than you may have in this case.

I'll keep my fingers' crossed Mica can find the card this time round. I've had a good chat to the seller (Mike) so know a fair amount about the bass, but it would be great to know what's on the original card.

The bass was registered to it's original owner in California in January of 1981, and that's the last record in the file.
