I intend to buy this bass 86 4202 and i wonder if there is any available history on this instrument.
Is it series 1 or 2?

Sorry, Stan. I wish I could tell you something about this bass. There's a file, but there isn't a scrap of information in it. All I can tell you is that it's a 1986 Series I or II. If there are 2 three position mini toggle switches, it's a Series I. If the only switch is a 4-position rotary, it's likely a Series II.
