I ask this question in an email, then I found this section (new at this). Anyway, my Spoiler has no serial number but, under the bass/neck pickup is the number 951. The 5 and 1 are ran together a bit but I don't believe it is 957. It was supposedly sold in Pittsburgh PA. in either 1987/1988. Thanks

This type of request takes a bit longer to research, but I eventually do figure them out. The records are not in a computer, so this is some good ol' research in file drawers and some other records to try and cross reference the serial number to the number under the pickup.  
 
I'm really far behind (almost one year I think), but I've got a new assistant helping me (yay!) so I hope to catch up.
