Two pickups, nice zebrawood top, probably vol-pan-bass-treble controls.

Just a correction to the details posted there: only the pickup next to the bridge is a Fatboy, the next one is an MXY.

The lister doesn't live too far from me, i've never met the guy but he must be a dealer, whenever i look on e-bay for Alembics, this guy,more often than not, has one for sale...  
If anyone else is interested in the purchase, i can always check the bass out in person, if that's any help?

Unless the seller has loads of basses exactly like this one, this bass has been on sale on and off  on ebay for months. Even though we pay a premium here in the UK for used Alembics, that Excel 4 is up for more than I paid for my used Europa 5 and Elan 4 Plus. So for that reason I think he's asking a bit much. I'd say its probably a seller closer to the ?1000  to ?1100 Sterling.
