Records in great shape 9+. somehow got a little water damage on the bottom.  
 
btw- Panasonic makes a record player with a built in pre amp for 75$.

For a cartridge I use a :  Shure V15 type IV or a Stanton 681 EEE mounted in a Technics SL-1200 MK 2 turntable .

IIRC, Lesh wasn't happy with the original mix; the white cover version is his remix.
This may, of course, be pure Deadhead mythology, but I do seem to recall Phil's name listed as mixing (though the last time I saw a white Anthem cover was probably '79; given the elapsed decades & my usual state at the time, I'd give that a reliability factor of about 72.8%)
