I thought deals like that only appeared in dreams...  

Saw the following on craigslist this morning but at the time couldn't find the ads the poster was referring to. Looks like somebody probably got a good deal but then again maybe there was some south Florida phishing taking place.

Rickenbacker and Alembic basses
Lets see two basses that retail for THOUSANDS of dollars. One for $499 and the other for $600? I call bullsh#t. Probably an email harvester or a scammer, or worse. Be careful folks. By the look of the pictures I don't think they are Chinese fakes , at least the Alembic is not don't know about the Rick, but for sure something ain't right. Flag and lets get these ads deleted.

Exactly! This is definitely some sort of scam or phishing effort.

As the phrase goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
