Interesting detail; the sustain block... isn't one of Jimmy J's made of aluminum or something? Someone obviously must have picked up on that.  :)

True, aluminum blocks on my fretted basses - kind of by accident.  Funny that they included that detail on the "JJ model".  I've always been curious as to how these basses felt and sounded.  I never had the chance to play one.
