Rare Hyak guitar, with scroll.  Very nice condition.  Unfortunately, the original Alembic-like electronics appear to be long gone.   At least the retrofit seems to have been done well with some interesting Seymour Duncans.

This one is out in western North Carolina, just a few miles from where that mysterious early Series I Omega guitar turned up a couple years ago.
