Impressive!  Anyone looking for a Spoiler/Exploiter with a Kahler tremolo bridge should leap on this.  I bet there aren't a dozen of these out there to be had.

is this an actual, original setup? why would alembic put a whammy bar on an exploiter bass? mica?

Kahler used to be an option in dem daze! Love my guitar with it.
Alembic will do whatever the customer wants, if it is do-able.
They even do black if you ask.

Patrick; John Entwistle had at least a couple Alembics with trem bars.  See here.  But Mica has previously stated about one of them that it was not installed at the shop.
