Oasis was founded by Gary Cooper, who was a former Alembic employee. Oasis guitars were not made here on shop night. They were an entirely separate company. Gary did buy tailpieces and bridges from us.  
 
Gary worked out of Sacramento, CA for many years, but was sadly killed in a motorcycle accident.

Neat upside down mustache tailpiece. That's a different way to do it!
