Bigideas, African Wenge wood is becoming harder to come by...That is why it is Rare.

I've got one just like it- except somebody before me had it upgraded to the Signature electronic package.

Oh I see. Most builders I've seen use it fairly liberally and my local woodshop always has a good selection at a decent price so I was unaware we were running short of the stuff. Mind you, I suppose if you think about it, at this point we're running short of most exotics.

I just bought it. New to alembic but Ive been looking for a while.. This will be joining my fender jazz bass.. I am more of a guitarist but I couldnt pass this up as it looks very clean.

Andrew Nicely Done! You'll find quite a range of tones available. Vol, pan, filter(tone), q switch, bass boost/cut, treble boost/cut. And 5 strings too! Welcome and Congrats..

Yes, it's me again. Let's just say that Yes our deal fell through. I have also reduced the BIN for a quick sale. I don't expect it will last long at this price. Thanks for the new link.
