Yoga, looks to me like a switch was installed at one point, and the hole plugged later on. However, I can't for the life of me fathm why anyone would want to put a switch on the opposite end of the other controls.

yes it's a 34 scale, the black circle is a beauty bead, i just put a new photo if you want to see it better

yes you're right but only color is different with the rest of body , it's very smooth

My guess would be there was a one screw thumbrest installed at one point.  Nice Bass teo.
