... with the decal headstock. This one's a little rough, but looks to be all there.  
 
On another thread, Mica supposed there were about 50 of these, and that the Spoiler decal was rendered in her Mom's handwriting. Though the decal-ed Spoilers are not particularly sought after for rarity's sake, I find that little bit of Alembic trivia to be infinitely cool.

The backplate screws are not original and lack the inserts and evidence of foam under the pickups points to the pickups not being mounted properly, both pretty easily correctable.
