I have owned two of them...Top notch instruments made with a lot of attention to detail.  The electronics are great and the tonal options are many.  The price is a bit high for a used one without a top.  They generally go for around the $2K range.  There is no way he paid $3700 for it.  I paid $2400 new for one almost identical to this one about a year ago.   Check this guy out if you want one. You can probably get it new for less than the used one listed on CL
