The bi-annual World Guitar Show is coming to California - Bay Area Jan.  8-9;   SoCal Jan. 15-16
 
The Bay Area show is at the Marin Civic Center.  Lots-o-guitars (basses too!)  I've gotten a few good deals at these shows.  I picked up my Electrum there last summer.  Here is a link with more info:

If you're there and see nice deals on used Alembics, take notes, even pictures if you can!  We have members here looking for specific things, and those who can't be there will greatly appreciate any leads on available instruments.  
 
Personally, I'd love to be there, but it looks like my west coast swing will happen a couple weeks too late.  Have fun if you're going, and I hope you all find what you're looking for!

Hummm,im gonna try to enter my good ol lembic in the show when it comes to chicago in may.

yes i just changed my user name to represent my bass, or give all praises to it.(mainly because i'm proud to own such an oldie).

But im still curious as to who has any alembic(s) older than mine in the club,like for instance someone in the club owns (old#1),but wishes to remain unknown,but im sure we'd all would love to see some good digital up close shots of it,dont you think?

Okay, I guess I shouldn't be worried that Old #12 ended up in someone elses possesion without warning.  Whew!!!...Almost had a Fred Sanford heart attack...this is the big one Elizabeth, glad it's still you.
