If he is the one from American Idol, he had a great run. He did not win, he ran into a roadblock when asked to sing in a style he was not familiar or equipped to execute.

I have just watched both again and the groove is incredible!. If only all modern music was so moving!

This girl Kate Davis is really awesome.  She has such a pleasant and sexy jazzy voice.   I'm usually not into vocals but she is really awesome.   And she can REALLY PLAY THE BASS!   Awesome!!! (dang did I just say awesome 3x???)  She has some other pretty cool videos out there.  I hope she comes to Nashville sometime in the future.
