Agree, very sad. That man was so full of joy.

So sorry to hear this.  TM was such a wonderful person to hang with.  Very generous with his time, and always so enthusiastic, kind, and colorful to say the least.  Spend some time to research some of the songs he played on.  It may surprise you as to how many hits and iconic tunes he created the bass lines for.  This loss hits me hard.

T.M. came across to the UK many years ago to play at one of the Manchester bass days. His chops were astonishing but above that he was a really nice guy to be with - had loads of time to chat to us mere mortals.  A sad loss.

For some of you, you may have listened to the basslines of the popular session player, TM Stevens. WIKI HIM! TM sadly passed away this month. 10 March 2024. TM had suffered
from dementia since 2017. A big loss to the music industry. AWSOME bass player!

                        * I BOUGHT AND OWN HIS 1982 ALEMBIC SERIES 1* That's another story, but I want to give my condolences first. I'm sure he would be happy I have his Alembic.

It would have been nice to have met him. I watch a YouTube video of him giving a workshop. So much talent out there.
