anyone seem the dvd???

Is it an official release yet?? Ive seen bits and pieces of it spliced for documentaries of the band and the era....  
 
For anyone unfamiliar, Sunshine Daydream was a Grateful Dead concert held up in Veneta Oregon on 8/27/72. Here's the link to the audio~
