TS; sounds like an interesting way to see a concert.  How many people were at the theater?  Was it sold out?  Were people standing and dancing, or did everyone remain seated?  If this same simulcast were released as a DVD, would the theater experience be more like the live concert or more like watching a DVD on a large screen?

 It was actually in four theaters in the complex - completely sold out as it was in theaters across the country. Most everyone was up and dancing. The air was pungent. It was closer to a concert experience than a watching a big DVD. The crowd carrying on around us certainly added to that feeling. At only $12 I thought it a great deal and a good time!

As said earlier, I purchased 'Undermind' a while ago. It's fabulous, great sound, songwriting, musicianship etc.
 
But the bonus DVD shows a band that's becoming a tired of each other and of going through the same routine every time again.
 
I understand that the reason for splitting up is just that, and considering I enjoyed Trey's solo albums (being very curious about the live album with Carlos Santana) and the Oysterhead album is amongst my favorites, I'd say Phish R.I.P. and let's move forward. There's a lot of beautiful music just waiting to be created, and the ex-Phishes are certainly able!

XM radio (http://www.xmradio.com) is carrying all 6 sets of Phish at Coventry live, and it looks like 48 hours total coverage. It will be August 14-15, XM channels 26 and 51. By the way, XM also has a weekly Dead show on Wednesday evenings that is always a pleasure. If you haven't jumped to sattelite radio, this is a great time to do it! I only use regular radio for Giants games now.
