Looks like the April fool's custom-o'-the-day!

Who are you trying to FOOL. There are no hills across the street from Alembic!

That is indeed the WNW view from Alembic of Taylor Mountain, which seperates Santa Rosa from the Sonoma Valley wine growing region.  This was a rare sighting of an Alembird out getting some exercise.
 
And I always thought that 'body wings' were those pieces of wood attached to either side of the neck...

WINE GROWING REGION!? Explains why he thought he saw a flying BASS.

Well  I'm  feeling  much  better  now  .  I  am  going  down  to  Guitar  Center  and  buy  a  Fender  and  an  SVT  .  Muller  and  Scully  are  driving  me.  The  black  helicopter  took  me  out  to  Dreamland ,  and  Ed  Roman  was  there  and  told  me  I  could  not  be  in  The  New  World  Order  without  one.  I'm  feeling  much  better .  Fox,  I  want  one  with  real  high  action .  Noiseless  pickups  would  be  nice,  am  I  the  only  one  that  hears  this  buzzing  noise . . .
