Looks very quiet.  :-)

All the snow we've gotten here in Chicago so far this year has been so wet, I can't even use my snowblower!. Got some last night, and now it's dropped into the teens. Yay!

Just got done - mine worked fine on the snow in DeKalb.  Last night I was taking my medicine out on the balcony (in deference to Her not liking the smell in the house), and the tree just outside it was beautiful covered with snow; I tried to take a pic for this thread, but, alas, night shots are beyond my camera's capabilities, and the branches were bare by AM.

I'm half-expecting a late snowfall to catch us off guard up here. Biggest snowstorm I can remember in Roanoke happened the middle of March, 1993. Officially it was 22" or something, but the little town I was working for back had drifts of 5', so deep our plows couldn't manage it anymore. Roofs were collapsing. I liked snow until then.

We finally got a few inches of snow here yesterday.  Very beautiful both yesterday while it was snowing and today in the sunshine.

Yesterday we walked around Beaver Lake in North Asheville.  Wonderful day, enjoyable walk.

Very nice, David, I bet the hills in the distance have some nice trails!
