Fender Elite Jazz into a Mesa Boogie D800+/F2x12.  I miss the tone i got from my Alembics but Im pretty happy with this..bass is in passive mode...

band doesn't rehearse so don't judge any mistakes or clams to harshly...

Nice video!  I like how your tone is consistent up and down the neck; the passages high up on the neck are as present as the lower range notes, which is something that I've noticed can be missing in the way some players construct their tone with Fender-type basses.  There's not too much high end nor too much low end; a nice round mid-range tone, sitting nicely in this band's overall sound.

Being a just-Alembic-only guy for decades now, I have to admit that one can't do wrong when comes to Fender and basses. Lovely tone, they simply fit nice in a mix.
Not just a bass, this is an Alembic!

Sounds great! Dead center in the mix! Even and smooth....
Every day is its own kind of perfect.
