that's a great website.  My favourite part is the picture of Randy Jackson's polkadot Stingray.

I love those pre-EB MMs.  I have either a 78 or 79 Stingray (not sure how you date them) and a early 80's Cutlass (Stingray w/a graphite neck).  I HAD another 70's Stingray that I had to sell to pay my rent one month (a very sad day I hope will never happen w/my Alembics).  The EB Stingrays are very nice as well (yep, I have one of those too), but they have a different feel and play.  The EB's are contoured and the bridges are not string-through like on the Leo Fender models.  I love the sound of a MM!!!  I'm still learning to tweak my Alembics, but I gotta say that I've not been able to get them to sound like a MM...YET!!!
