Ovation Breadwinner.  But I wouldn't call it the king of guitars!

Looks a lot like an Ovation Breadwinner.

I recognize the headstock as Ovation, but I would never have gotten that one from the rest of it! Gotta' get up early to beat Bill, The Guitar One. 

Odd body shape though.

And name.

Another of the Charles Kaman-era Ovation products.  That shape was that it worked as well standing and strapped as it did sitting down with it across one leg.

I want the bass version but I remember it being quite heavy; mind you I was a teen at the time who wasn't playing bass then so I could be wrong...it was a sizable slab of mahogany though...

It could also be an Ovation Deacon - same shape.
