Soldier Field in '91 was my last show; it just didn't click for me with Vince.

Then, last night, a vid from that tour popped up in the YT sidebar; I hadn't seen anything else that caught my eye, and I was nicely toasted, so I figured I'd remind myself why I didn't like it.

It was nowhere near as bad as I recalled.

I don't know if I just caught a bad night, if the whole "go down & get a wrist band, go back a week later & get a ticket, then see them in freakin' football stadium packed with Touchheads" harshed my mellow too much to enjoy myself, or if the fact that it was my first show after becoming subject to "random" testing, and thus my appreciation was, um, unassisted was the cause, but I seem to have been overly hasty.
I don't regret missing a bunch of stadium shows, but I will no longer exclude '90-'95 from my listening.
