Phil Lesh's restaurant/live venue Terrapin Crossroads is having a 4th of July "backyard barbecue" with live music:

Looks like it's free to get in, live music all day (noon - 7 pm) with Phil Lesh sitting in here and there!

Also, there will be another outdoor even a couple of weekends later called the Big Bass Event - Mike Gordon sitting in with Phil & Friends, outdoor afternoon show:

It's a really nice, fun venue - though I haven't seen a show outdoors yet - great to get to see an Alembic legend up close!
