EddieG here, does anyone have any insight on those little F2-B on board pre-amps seen on Ebay ? if so what's the scoop if any ?

The ones I found were not preamps, but merely either an empty PC board you can use to build a preamp, or a populated PC board you can use in your build.  You still have to add a 12AX7 tube, probably not something you would want on-board.

If they are what I am thinking of, I was going to make a post about them awhile back, but thought better of it since they are probably competing for Alembics business at a lower price point.


All I'll say is the youtube clips of the complete units sound awfully impressive.
