I saw Jack Bruce at B. B. Kings in NYC on Tuesday, And on Wednesday he was at Sam Ash (Formerly Manny's Music) on 48 St. giving an interview with Larry Hartke. I got to walk around the store a little with him and the he Signed a picture for me. Too Bad I didn't have my bass with me at the time.

Very cool. Jack is one of my biggest bass influences.
Also, love that handle, Sparechaynge. Jack Casady fan, perhaps? He's another of my big influences.

Yes, I love Casady and the Airplane very much. It is sad that an unofficial signature bass was never included in the Alembic catalog. I know Bruce isn't everyone's favorite bass player here at Alembic, but he is one of my earliest influences.
