Ah, yes - off the Her sister's, to spend the day with people I have nothing in common with and who, after 36 years, still don't quite get or approve of me.

Rene and I are sitting in Swannanoa, NC I I know Dave knows where that's at) getting ready to head out for an afternoon hike then dinner back here at the campground.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Senior Management and I will be enjoying our yearly T-Day tradition:

Chicken Pesto Lasagna (we have wild turkeys around here. She thinks they're cute, so no turkey)
Kasha Varnishkes (like my grandmother used to make)
Godfather marathon (made it through all three last year!)
All "enhanced by nature" (now legally)
