I just plugged my '67 Starfire into an SF-2...that was cool! Super rich tones, it really came alive!

   

Didn't you have a Starfire in the shop being Alembicized, Rob? Different one? My memory ain't what it used to be. 

Shortly before I dismantled it and sent the pickups to the Mothership, I had my DeArmond Starfire plugged into my Broughton Audio Resonant LPF pedal, and then the F-1X to the Ridiculously Big Stack of Speakers by way of the Crown DriveCore 2000. That was fun too.

Greg, yes, they are still working on that modification.  This stock '67 is my last passive holdout.

Filters, large stacks, and Starfires are a good combo!
