I just watched from The Last Waltz again and asked myself, as I have every time since the first, How many times do I need to hear this before I don't get goosebumps when Mavis sings?  The answer seems, so far, to be a lot more!

my first brush with greatness involved The Band; Robbie Robertson's brother Chuck used to manage a shoe store at the mall my Dad managed, and after Chuck's wedding, Robbie slept on our couch...I was only 5 at the time, so didn't really catch the significance at the time...1971/2, and showing up on a couch in Mississauga Ont., gotta love it...Tony
